Return Policy

Return Authorization: All unopened products purchased at Walker’s Office Supplies can be returned within 30 days of your receipt without restocking charges. An authorized credit return may be attained from our customer service department or online at www.walkersoffice.com. Please provide the item number, quantity, original invoice number, your company name and a contact name to assist our drivers. Non-damaged returns such as errors in ordering or shipping must be in original saleable condition, in original packaging. No writing can be on the merchandise as it will make the item unsaleable. If after inspection, an item is considered to not be in saleable condition, the customer will be given the option to either keep the item or accept a salvage credit. Product returned beyond the 30 day window will be subject to a restocking charge. No returns after 90 days. Walker’s customer service can be reached toll free 1-888-727-8737.

Shortages, discrepancies or damages: All shortages, damages & discrepancies need to be reported within 3 working days for replacement without any further documentation. Shortages will be replaced at no charge. You will receive the product with a reprinted copy of the original invoice. Please see above information on how to attain a credit return authorization from our customer service team.

Defective Merchandise: Must be reported within 5 working days for Walker’s Office Supplies to honor the warranty. After 5 days, the manufacturer must authorize the warranty replacements. Our customer service department can provide you with phone numbers and/or website addresses.

Defective Furniture: Must be handled through our customer service department. Any furniture must be returned in the original box. The return policy is otherwise the same as stated above. Special order furniture is non-returnable.

Electronic Equipment: All damaged or defective electronic machines must be reported to our customer service department within 5 working days for return. The same policies apply for electronic equipment, in addition to the warranty or replacement being the responsibility of the manufacturer. We can provide manufacturer phone numbers for the warranty.
