Who is Walker’s?:
Walker’s is a local independent dealer just like Affordable Office Furniture and Supplies. They began in 1959 in Auburn, CA as a small family-owned stationary store. Today brothers Jarrod and Matt Anderson are the fourth generation to own and operate Walker’s. They will now be adding Reno to the list of locations with two others in California, Rocklin & San Luis Obispo.
Where will I place my orders?:
A new site www.walkersoffice.com! We are moving to a new platform with all the familiar functions. Your username to login at www.walkersoffice.com will be your email address and your password will be walkers (all lowercase) and it will ask you to change your password the first time you login. If you do not remember your username or it is not working no worries! Give us a call and we will have you logged in quick!
Will I still work with the same people?:
Yes! Sue & David will still be the voices on the phone. There will also be some new voices. Our customer service team is getting stronger!
Will I still have next day delivery on my orders?:
Absolutely! Orders will be processed like usual. If you order before 5pm, you will receive your order the next business day for all items in-stock. Delivery will remain FREE, no minimum required.

Where should I send payments for purchases from AOF that were made BEFORE November 1st, 2023?:
AOF is responsible for collecting all invoices dated before November 1st,2023 please continue to remit those payments to Affordable Office Furniture Address: 6550 Longley Lane, Suite 125, Reno, NV 89511
Where should I send payments after November 1st for my 30-day terms?:
We encourage you to forward this information to your Accounts Payable Department and redirect future payments to our accounting office at the following address:

How will I receive my Invoices?:
Your invoices will be emailed the evening of delivery from billing@walkersoffice.com. Add this email to your safe senders or white list. The invoice is in a PDF attachment.
Do you send statements?:
We do! Terms are Net30 from date of invoice, however we send a statement on the 4th Thursday of each month as a courtesy to show anything unpaid on your account.
